David Kass' work linking obesity to COVID-19 has been featured in multiple news outlets
David published a key study linking obesity and COVID-19 in younger patients that was published in the Lancet: 'Obesity could shift severe COVID-19 disease to younger ages', as well as an editorial in the Annals of Internal Medicine: 'COVID-19 and Severe Obesity [...]' on a study showing obesity in patients is associated with a higher risk of death than diabetes, hypertension, and other risk factors in hospitalized COVID-19 patients.
This has led to several news outlets to feature commentary from David, including the New York Times, AARP, the Associated Press, an an interview with Johns Hopkins!
